Quattro Farms
Quattro Farms Ltd. is a state-of-the-art Potato Storage and Loadout Facility, expertly managed by Marlin Konynenbelt. This agricultural project spans an impressive 85,200 square feet and showcases meticulous engineering and construction. The structure features a durable foundation, slab, and primary and secondary structure, while the insulated metal panel walls and membrane roof system ensure optimum temperature control.
Chin Coulee Spud Farms
We are delighted to showcase the culmination of our efforts in supplying and installing a state-of-the-art metal building systems farm structure, measuring an impressive 150′ x 150′ x 34′. This modern facility boasts two meticulously designed mezzanines, providing ample workspace and storage spanning 120′ x 20′ and 90′ x 30′.
Willms Farms Shop
Willms Farms Shop is a state-of-the-art 20,000-square-foot structure is designed to cater to the specific needs of the agricultural industry. Completed in the summer of 2022, the building boasts a sturdy post and truss structural steel framework along with cold-form framing and a concrete mezzanine to ensure durability and functionality.
Green Acres Colony – Chicken Layer Barn
The Green Acres Colony Chicken Layer Barn was initiated in July 2021 and successfully completed in May 2022. Spanning over 36,750 square feet, this state-of-the-art building boasts a robust and meticulously designed structure. The combination of various construction elements – including precast, steel, insulated metal panel (IMP) and cladding – support a durable and efficient environment for poultry farming.
Cranbrook Toyota
Welcome to our premier construction project: the creation of a cutting-edge, Cranbrook Toyota Auto Dealership Sales and Service Center spanning an impressive 25,635 square feet. Our expert team was dedicated to crafting a state-of-the-art facility that seamlessly integrates sales and service functionalities, revolutionizing the automotive experience for both customers and staff.
Cranbrook Hyundai
Reimagining the Cranbrook Hyundai Dealership Showroom was a remarkable commercial project managed by Fred Uwazny. This impressive undertaking commenced on February 22, 2020, and reached completion on November 6, 2020. With a sturdy steel structure and an aesthetically pleasing building envelope comprising IMP, Glazing, DuroLast Roof System, and Franchise ACM Rain Shield, this 5,300 sq ft facility exudes excellence reflective of the Hyundai brand
Million Air
The Million Air Private Hangar at YYC is one of our latest, most innovative commercial projects. Led by renowned Project Manager Eric Senneker, this endeavour began on August 9, 2019, and successfully completed on May 31, 2020. Boasting a total area of 45,520 square feet, including a 35,460 square foot hangar and a two-story office spanning 9,060 square feet, this impressive structure is constructed using pre-engineered structural steel.
Taber Christian High School
Our recent project in collaboration with the Taber Society for Christian Education reflects a remarkable fusion of design and functionality in an impressive high school building. Completed in the spring of 2022, this institutional project showcases a masterful blend of post and beam structural steel complemented by a sturdy wood sub-structure and deep acoustical decking. With a concrete mezzanine providing additional strength, this 33,000 sq ft facility stands as a testament to craftsmanship and innovation.
Cavendish Farms
This collaborative industrial project was managed by Harry Mueller. To create an automated storage space for frozen potato products, a colossal high-bay freezer was constructed, measuring an impressive 345′ x 111′ with a soaring height of 120′. The building envelope was fortified with 6″ insulated metal panels, ensuring ideal insulation and efficiency in changing weather conditions.
