Westco Construction partnered with Cranbrook Hyundai to reimagine and modernize their 5,300 sq ft dealership showroom — delivering a commercial facility that reflects Hyundai’s global brand standards while elevating the customer experience.
Managed by Fred Uwazny, this transformation project began on February 22, 2020 and was completed on November 6, 2020. The facility features a steel structural system paired with a refined building envelope incorporating insulated metal panels (IMP), expansive glazing, a DuroLast roof system, and franchise-compliant ACM rain screen cladding.
The result is a dealership showroom that balances architectural elegance with operational functionality.
Our Role & Scope
Westco provided full commercial construction services, coordinating structural, envelope, interior, mechanical, and electrical systems to meet Hyundai Canada’s Design Control Document (CDC) standards.
