Westco Construction Ltd. is a locally owned company primarily involved in commercial construction and steel erection. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Crane Operator who is also willing to take on general construction labour duties when crane work is not required. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying active on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently on job sites
• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Assist with rigging, lifting, and placement of materials
• Support crew with general labour tasks
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Valid Mobile Crane Operator certification/ticket
• Previous experience operating cranes in construction environments
• Willingness to perform physical labour tasks when needed
• Strong understanding of safety protocols
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
