The Cranbrook Toyota Sales and Service Center is a 25,635 square foot, state-of-the-art automotive facility designed to seamlessly integrate retail showroom space, service operations, administration, and storage under one roof.
Purpose-built to meet Toyota Canada’s strict corporate design standards, this dealership delivers a premium customer experience while optimizing back-of-house efficiency. From the expansive glazed retail frontage to the high-performance service shop, every square foot was engineered to support workflow, durability, and long-term operational growth.
Our Role & Scope
As General Contractor, our team oversaw all aspects of construction from groundworks through final commissioning.
Our scope included:

Concrete foundations, aprons, mezzanine, and shop partitions

Integration of hydronic heating systems

Installation of insulated metal panel envelope and roofing systems

Mechanical systems including energy modeling and vehicle exhaust extraction

Corporate-compliant interior finishes and detailing
Coordination between structural, mechanical, and architectural systems was critical to ensure the dealership met both performance standards and Toyota’s national imaging requirements.
