Project Snapshot
Westco partnered with Cavendish Farms to deliver a large-scale, automated high-bay freezer storage facility engineered for frozen potato product operations. Managed by Harry Mueller, this industrial project required precision planning, envelope performance, and integration with a customer-supplied racking system.
The structure measures 345′ × 111′ × 120′ high, creating a vertical storage solution optimized for automation and cold-chain efficiency. With a total footprint of 38,295 square feet, this facility was designed to maintain thermal performance, structural integrity, and operational efficiency under demanding freezer conditions.
Our Role & Scope
