Willms Farms Shop is a state-of-the-art 20,000-square-foot structure is designed to cater to the specific needs of the agricultural industry. Completed in the summer of 2022, the building boasts a sturdy post and truss structural steel framework along with cold-form framing and a concrete mezzanine to ensure durability and functionality.

The building envelope is constructed with insulated metal panels, providing excellent insulation and climate control that is essential for an all-year-round maintenance shop. Multiple overhead doors grant easy access to every area of the shop, facilitating seamless operations.

Equipped with a 5-ton crane, the facility enables efficient handling of various maintenance tasks. A dedicated interior wash bay allows for the cleanliness and upkeep of trucks and equipment, promoting optimal performance and longevity. Additionally, a maintenance pit offers a convenient space for working beneath equipment and trucks, further simplifying maintenance procedures.
