Quattro Farms Ltd. is a state-of-the-art Potato Storage and Loadout Facility, expertly managed by Marlin Konynenbelt. This agricultural project spans an impressive 85,200 square feet and showcases meticulous engineering and construction. The structure features a durable foundation, slab, and primary and secondary structure, while the insulated metal panel walls and membrane roof system ensure optimum temperature control.

Noteworthy elements include concrete footings, grade beams and slabs, along with engineered structural steel for loadout and storage bins. The building boasts excellent thermal and moisture management with a Duro-last 50mil membrane roof system and 8″ of ISO insulation. Additionally, the Falk 100mm micro rib IMP provides superior exterior wall protection, complemented by 26ga. cladding for the interior walls.

The facility also features a multitude of openings, including 20 Inox man doors, 12 overhead doors, 4 fin doors and 8 swing gates for convenient access. Exterior finishes include accent cladding bands, flashings and trim. Additionally, the installation of fans and Climacell’s specialty equipment is seamlessly integrated into the facility’s design. Quattro Farms Ltd.’s Potato Storage and Loadout Facility sets a new standard for agricultural infrastructure, delivering efficiency, durability and innovation. Remarkably, this project was initiated on August 27th, 2018 and completed on May 29th, 2020.
